I can't sign into my account, what should I do?
If this happens, check your username and password details. If still unable to access, contact your local representative school sport office. They will be able to assist.
Click on the login/register symbol at the top right hand corner of the screen. Complete all the fields and click submit. An account creation email will be sent to your registered email account.
Click on the login/register symbol on the top right hand corner. Enter your email address (that you registered) and password and click Login & Continue button.
What do I do if I need to reset my password?
At the login page, you will be able to click on the Lost Password button. On the Password Reset screen, enter your email address that was used when you registered for this site and click Reset Password button. A reset password email will be sent to your email address. Return to the log-in page and input the new password provided. You will be asked to change the password immediately.
I have already registered when I paid for the regional trial levy, do I need to register again if my child has been selected for State Championships?
No. Use the email address and password that you used to create your account when you paid for the regional trial levy.
Can I change my log-in details?
You cannot change your login ID, but you can add/change the notification email address. From your Dashboard, select My Details. The system will send notifications (order confirmations, refund notifications) to the Notification Email Address.
How do I view my past transactions?
Once you have logged in, go to the order details page and select 'Order History'.
I'd like to close my account, how do I this?
Once you have logged in, from the Dashboard menu at the top of the screen select 'Request Account Deletion'. Fill out the form and submit, an email will be sent to our accounts team to deactivate your account.
What browsers are supported?
The browsers supported are Internet Explorer and Chrome.
How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
On the check-out page, select the Remove from Shopping Cart button and select the item or items you want to delete from your order.
How long do items remain in my shopping cart before it expires?
The users shopping cart will remain valid for 30 days. After this, the system will be refreshed and any unpurchased items will be removed. The user will need to log-in and restart the shopping journey.
How do I check how many items and the accumulated costs is in my shopping cart?
To the left of the log-in symbol, you will see a shopping cart symbol. Hover over this and a pop-up window will display. This will show the items and costs that are currently in your shopping cart.
Will I be able to see my past transactions?
Yes. Select Order History from the order details page.
Can I get a tax invoice / receipt for my records?
Yes. Once you have paid for your items at the check-out, you will be issued a ATO compliant tax invoice / receipt for your records. If you have further questions, contact your local representative school sport office. They will be able to assist.
My child has a different surname to me, will I still be able to pay the levies and purchase apparel?
Yes. When you purchase a levy or apparel you will be prompted to provide a students name.
I have more than one child playing school sport, in the same team, can I pay the levies and purchase the apparel in the same order?
Yes. If they are participating in the same event in the same region, you just need to make sure the purchase of the levies and items is the correct number i.e. 2 or more.
I have more than one child playing school sport, in different teams, can I pay the levies and purchase the apparel in the same order?
No. You will need to purchase the levies and apparel for the first child. Return to the login page and select the second child, purchase the levies and apparel you need. Your final order at check-out will display. It will identify , against the levies and the compulsory items, which child you are purchasing for.
I am a guardian or carer for a student, can I pay for levies and apparel for the student in my care, by using this online shop?
Yes. You will be able to register/log-in and select the levy and apparel you need to purchase on behalf of the student. You will be prompted to provide the students name when selecting the items.
I am an organisation, can I sponsor (pay for) the levies and apparel for the student I am supporting?
Yes. You will be able to register/log-in and select the levy and apparel you need to purchase on behalf of the student. You will be prompted to provide the students name when selecting the items.
Can I pay for regional trials online?
Yes. Once you have landed on the online shop page, click on the regional trial tab. Select the sport for which you are paying. You will then be prompted to register/log-in prior to making payment.
Can I pay for State Championship levies online?
Yes. Once you have landed on the online shop page, you will need to register or log-in. Once logged-in, select the State Championship page and enter the sports code for the State Championship. Select the items you wish to pay for e.g. Levy and apparel. Once your shopping cart is complete, you will be able to check-out and pay. You will receive a tax invoice / receipt confirming your purchase.
Can I pay for State Championship apparel items online?
Yes. Once you have landed on the online shop page, you will need to register or log-in. Once logged-in, select the State Championship page and enter the sports code for the State Championship. Select the items you wish to pay for e.g. Levy and apparel. Once your shopping cart is complete, you will be able to check-out and pay. You will receive a tax invoice / receipt confirming your purchase.
Where are you size guides and care instructions?
Each of the apparel items will have a size guide as part of the item description. Apparel items are supplied by a third party, it is recommended you follow the care instructions on the tag of the apparel item. If you have questions, contact your local representative school sport office for help.
Can I purchase supporters apparel from this shop?
Yes. Click on the Supporters' Gear tab from the menu and select the items you want to purchase. You will then be prompted to register/login prior to check-out an payment.
I am a team official, can I purchase my official apparel from this online shop?
Yes. Click on the Regional Officials tab from the menu. Enter the access code you have been provided by your local representative school sport office. This will then open the catalogue of official apparel and merchandise available for purchase. Select the items you require. If you have a discount code you can input the code at the check-out. You will only be able to use the discount code on compulsory item for team officials.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
If the item is faulty, you may want to return the item to your local representative school sport office. Enter the online shop and select Order History. Select the Return items button from the right hand side. The items you have purchased will display. Indicate the item you want to return and the reason. You will receive a Return Confirmation indicating your return is in the process of being approved. Once approved, you will receive a Confirmation email that the refund has been processed. If you have questions, contact your local representative school sport office.
What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
You will be able to use MasterCard or Visa debit or credit card. If you need to use other payment methods, you will need to contact your local representative school sport office.
What do I do if I need financial assistance?
You will need to contact your local representative school sport office to discuss available options.
What do I do if I’ve lost or forgotten the sports code?
You will need to refer to the team manager or contact your local representative school sport office.
What do I do if the code I have received does not work?
You will need to contact your local representative school sport office. They will be able to assist.
I have a discount code, is that different to a sports code?
Yes. The discount code is for officials who need to purchase compulsory items. The sports code is for parents and carers who are purchasing levies and apparel items for a student who has been selected for State Championships.
I have an official's code, is that different to a sports code?
Yes. The officials code is for officials who need to purchase compulsory official apparel from the officials page of the online shop. The sports code is for parents and carers who are purchasing levies and apparel items for a student who has been selected for State Championships.
Can I make changes to an existing order?
Yes. You will be able to add and remove items from your shopping cart before payment.
How long will my order stay in my shopping cart?
Your order will remain in your shopping cart for 30 days. Next time you log-in, you will be able to add or remove items as you need.
I need to cancel my order, what should I do?
If you have not paid for your order, you will remove the items from your shopping cart. If payment has already been processed, you will need to request a refund of your order.
I’ve received the incorrect item, what should I do?
Contact your local representative school sport office to discuss. They will be able to assist.
I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?

How do I know if my order has been successful?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email that payment has been received.
Where is my confirmation email?
If you have not received and Order Confirmation email directly after your purchase, it may have been considered spam by your email provider. Check your 'junk mailbox' to see if it has been delivered there. If you still cannot see it, contact your local representative school sport office, they will check the email address it has been sent to.
What is your refund policy?
If you need to request a refund on a levy or an apparel item. Contact your local representative school sport office to discuss. They will be able to assist.
How do I return or cancel an item I have purchased online?
Log-in to the online shop, navigate to the Order History page and click on the View button located to the right of the relevant order. If the order contains items that are returnable, a Return items or Request Cancellation button will be visible.
Click this to begin the return process. A list of returnable items will appear and you may select individual items to return/cancel, or opt to return the entire order.
Apparel items with a Shipped QTY > 0 (i.e. dispatched) must be returned to the RSS office prior to approval.
Apparel items with a Shipped QTY = 0 (i.e. not dispatched) may have a cancellation request submitted. Late order cancellations may not always be able to be processed (i.e. if items have already been picked and packed for dispatch). In this case, the cancellation request will be rejected and you will need to submit a new request for a return, so the apparel item/s can be returned to stock and a refund issued.
N.B. All requests for returns and cancellations are subject to approval.
What do I do if the item received is faulty?
All apparel items are provided by a third supplier, they will have manufacturer's warranties that apply and must abide by Australian Consumer Law. Contact your local representative school sport office to discuss.
Can I return an item and exchange it for a different item?
Yes. Goods must be returned unused and in good condition. You will need to log-in and go to the Order History page and select the Return Items button. Select the item for return. Indicate the reason and complete required information. On submitting the return, a Return Confirmation will display to show that the return has been submitted and is in the process of being approved. If the return is approved, the refund will be made in the same way as the original payment for the goods. The amount will be credited back to your account. Whilst logged in, you will then need to purchase the new item that you want. If you have any questions, contact your local representative school sport office.
I’ve returned an item, when will I receive my refund?
If you have requested a return online, the returned amount will be credited to your account once the local Representative School Sport office has received the item back in stock and approved the refund.
N.B. All requests for returns and cancellations are subject to approval.

What are the delivery options available to me?
Before you check-out, you may be prompted to select a delivery option. The options are set by the local representative school sport office. For some teams, there may only be one delivery method e.g. at Outfitting Event. If you have any questions about delivery methods, you will need to contact the local representative school sport office.
Will I get a notification when my order has been dispatched?
Yes. You will receive an Order Dispatched email when your order has been dispatched from the local representative school sport office.
